Found a child's antique chair at an autojumble that was in need of repair, I stripped off the worn out covering and discovered the original padding underneath that it was a chesterfield so after cleaning many years of dirt and wax from the frame I re waxed it then reupholstered it in a green velvet and put buttons back and the correct type of brass tacs on the edges it now looks like it would fit right in at Downton abbey
