Former Coal Store Transformation

Our 1960s house came complete with a large, cold and cobweb filled coal store. We removed this from the house, a slow and dusty job. Walls had to come down to create a more open space, with two of the original stores being knocked together to create a new utility space. A window was added. Walls plastered and eventually we were at the fun part, adding in a neutral, light utility room. The room features a storage cupboard and Belfast sink and is a really practical addition to our home.
