Bought my house two years ago which came with a garage that was bricked up, with a caved in roof, used as a rubbish tip for clearly many years. With extremely limited funds and time it's slow progress and is still a ways off completion but is slowly becoming my dream of owning a garage. It's now usable but and has power lights, a roof, hand made doors and most of a floor. Wd40 has of course helped with cleaning of tools and keeps my padlock from going rusty.
